Stoneleigh Companies Announces the Sale of Waterford on Tatum, Waterford Hills, and M2 Apartments
BARRINGTON, IL – February 4, 2015 – Stoneleigh Companies, LLC, a private real estate investment and development company based in Barrington, IL announces the recent sale of three apartment communities: M2 Apartments in Denver, Waterford Hills in Charlotte, and Waterford on Tatum in Phoenix.
Stoneleigh acquired Waterford Hills in 2010 in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 270-unit community recently sold on October 31, 2014, with 94% occupancy.
Waterford on Tatum, Phoenix, Arizona, was acquired by Stoneleigh in 2012 and was sold on November 10, 2014, with 94% occupancy.
M2 Apartments was developed and built by Stoneleigh Companies in 2013. The luxury apartment community consisted of 298 units on 13.8 acres of land in Denver, Colorado. On January 16, 2015, the property sold with 94% occupancy.
