Stoneleigh Companies Announces the Sale of Waterford Trails, Lofts at Red Mountain, and Switchyard Apartments
BARRINGTON, IL – January 17, 2022 – Stoneleigh Companies, LLC in Barrington, IL announces the sale of three assets in 2021: Waterford Trails, Lofts at Red Mountain, and Switchyard Apartments.
Waterford Trails Apartments, a 340-unit community located in Spring, Texas, was developed and built by Stoneleigh Companies in 2016. Waterford Trails sold on May 14th, 2021, with 95% occupancy.
Lofts at Red Mountain, a 181-unit community located in Glenwood Springs, CO, was developed and built by Stoneleigh Companies in 2019. Lofts at Red Mountain sold on May 21st, 2021, with 99% occupancy.
Switchyard Apartments, a 234-unit community, was developed and built by Stoneleigh Companies in 2018. Switchyard sold on December 6th, 2021, with 97% occupancy.
