Excavation of One Uptown Complete
BARRINGTON, IL – April 24, 2015 – The development partners of One Uptown Venture, LLC inspected the excavation site for One Uptown this week in Dallas, Texas. The contractor, Hunt Construction, has reached the bottom of the 65 foot deep excavation site as of April 21st and is preparing to lay the foundations for the construction of the 20 story ultra-luxury rental tower as of May 1st. The 0.83 acre site has presented unique challenges for the development team and is the deepest underground excavation in Dallas in over 25 years. Completion of the 198 unit tower plus 18,000 SF of world class restaurants (Style & Grace and Fogo de Chao) is scheduled for late 2016.
